When someone says : "You've changed." It's only because you stopped living your life their way.
Quoted by Nicola Parvin and i couldn't agree more. Both good and bad way.
Yesterday i was very disappointed on myself for not being diligent enough in doing research on environmental science. Wake up She Mei. For the past few weeks, i've changed to a more optimistic person which in my opinion, less realistic. Maybe i shouldn't been way too sanguine. A little bit of realism is vital, but remember, just don't add too much salt to yourself. =))))
Jogging cheers me up but not utterly. Jogging in the park has always been a beautiful thing to me. Always whenever i jogged, there are drama be it sweet or sour waiting for curious onlooker like me. Sweet couples sauntering beside the lake or sitting with a total laid back mood watching the fountain propelling stream of water, holding hands, confiding their dirty little secrets; urchins wailing desperately as their parents threatened mischeviously to abandoned them; children posing their best like a model for their parents' best shot; siblings screaming at each other for failing to return perfect shuttlecock shots; adults mollycoddling their children with ice cream.
Picturesque with family warmth and love tantamount to heaven where there seemed to be no fears and tears. A sight that always carved a smile on me while i'm jogging.
Tomorrow will be the first day me working in SnowFlakes. I felt a punch of regret actually. I felt that it happened to fast. Am i way too hasty for the taste of pride? Devastated in another way as i will be seldom at home and that'll leave my mum lonely again. I felt real bad right now.
I vowed to be a better and filial daughter each time. And i vowed to control my temper at home each day.
Okayyyy She Mei, this is not the time to be sentimental. Look at the brighter sight. Such incident slapped myself more to appreciate my family, appreciate what i have more.
First day of work, and i promised myself that i'll make no silly mistake, take in criticism with open heart, smile more, give full commitment and dilligence. =)
Kudos She Mei! You can do it! (of course i can :D)
